Empowering Creative Organisations to Lead with Impact

Culture Rise exists to empower organisations in the creative, arts and culture sectors to build something meaningful, enabling them to develop the right strategy, structure and support to grow sustainably.

We provide expert consultancy, coaching and training across business development, fundraising, and creative producing, helping small and mid-sized creative organisations navigate change, secure funding, and deliver with confidence.

If you’re overwhelmed by strategy, lacking in capacity, unsure how to sustain or grow, or just need a thought partner to shape your next steps, you’re in the right place.

Our Story

Culture Rise was founded to bridge a gap between the visionary creativity at the heart of the arts and culture sector, and the business and leadership support often missing from the conversation.

We’ve worked with arts organisations, creative businesses, local authorities, community collectives and cultural leaders across the UK. From strategic plans and successful funding bids, to business coaching and creative producing, our work is always tailored, collaborative, and focused on real-world impact.

Our team of consultants have a wide range of specialisms and expertise in the sector, with director and executive level experience across different disciplines. We share a deep belief in the power of arts and culture to transform communities.

Our values revolve around four core principles:

Creativity - We are driven by making opportunities for people to be creative and experience creativity. Our work helps clients working in the creative and cultural sectors to have a greater social impact with their work.

Growth – Personal and professional growth provides a sense of purpose whilst providing sustainability in the rapidly changing world. We work with people where they are now, supporting them in the best way for them to develop to where they want to be.

Collaboration – We strongly believe the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Embracing diversity we nurture people, develop relationships and work together to build more creative, productive, and impactful projects, and businesses.

Empowerment - We empower people to build the skills, knowledge, systems and operations they need to succeed on their own terms. Through supporting individuals and organisations to make confident decisions, they can take ownership of their growth, and create resilient, values-led businesses.
