We support individuals, and small creative businesses to develop new skills and progress towards their business goals

Workshops and Group Programmes

We design and deliver workshops and group training programmes for creative organisations and their teams, both online and in person. Our programmes are built around the real challenges creative professionals face, and designed to be engaging, practical and immediately applicable to the work.

Topics span business strategy, income diversification, fundraising, leadership development and organisational culture. We work with clients to understand the specific gaps and barriers their teams face, and design programmes that address them directly rather than delivering off-the-shelf content.

One-to-One Coaching

Our one-to-one coaching supports creative leaders, founders and executives to develop their leadership capability, navigate complex challenges and make confident decisions. Coaching is distinct from consultancy: rather than providing answers, we create the conditions for you to find your own clarity, working at a pace and in a direction that is right for you.

Sessions draw on a range of business and leadership coaching tools and frameworks, always starting from where you are now and working towards where you want to get to. Many clients use coaching alongside our consultancy and strategy work for the deepest impact.
