This includes commercial opportunities, earned income, partnerships and a more proactive and planned approach to funding.

  • Leadership and organisational development: We work with leaders and leadership teams to build the capability, culture and decision-making structures needed to lead well at every stage of growth. Because the leadership culture and the business strategy are not separate problems. They are the same one.

  • Monitoring, evaluation and impact: We believe that meaningful change should be evidenced, not just felt. We help you use data to measure the impact of the changes you make, track progress over time, and build the evidence base that funders and stakeholders need to see.
